Loughborough Welfare Area and Machine Enclosure

The Brief was to transform the existing welfare space into a new and improved enclosed Welfare room, creating a comfortable place for staff to have their breaks. Adjoined to this there was need for a new enclosure for a highly used machine.

Hinckley Kitchen / Diner Renovation

The Brief was to create an open kitchen / dining space, incorporating a remodelled kitchen area knocked through to the original dining room, removal of the glazed conservatory and redesign of that space. Works Included:

  • New UPVC door, window and lantern

  • Design & installation of Howdens kitchen​

  • Plumbing & heating

  • Karndean flooring

  • Underfloor heating

Cambridg Laboratoy Fitout

Cambridge Laboratory Fit-out

The brief was to transform office accommodation into Bioscience specific laboratory areas. ICUL was awarded the full turnkey project which included:

Leicestershire Cleanroom Design & Build

The brief was to build four ISO class 7/8 industrial cleanrooms for a client based in Leicestershire, including systems to provide specific temperature, humidity and air pressures. Works included:

  • Construction of whiterock clad walls

  • Wipeable suspended ceilings

  • Resin and ecotile flooring

  • Hart doors cleanroom, rapid roller shutter

  • Multi-room, layered, HEPA filtered air pressurisation systems

  • Temperature & humidity control

  • LED lighting to 1000 lux

  • Compressed air stations

  • Electrical power supplies

  • Interlocking door access system
